Brief Summary of Chapters

From the Table of Contents you can see the wide angles that is covered. He does not hold back in dismissing many myths, and exposing many hidden ‘secrets’ in foods that we probably already consume.
This section is very interesting, because the information presented here is not obvious unless you conduct detailed research as Mike Geary has done, and therefore you may be surprised at the hidden secrets exposed in this section, that you were never aware of.
This section then details full meal plans, based on the above tips and advice given by Mike Geary.
Chapter 5: Recommended abdominal exercises for maximum results.
This chapter discusses the type of training you should undertake for your abdominals, and emphasizes proper body positioning.
It exposes the common abdominal exercises that are actually useless (exercises you should avoid), and recommends those specific exercises that are of maximum benefit - in fact there are 25 exercises presented here (over 20 pages), including full instructions with diagrams.
The information in this section is extremely useful, as we noticed that people generally do not know of the existence of many of the abdominal exercises presented here.
